Counselor-in-Training Job Description

One-three week position
Responsible to the CIT Director

Your purpose for camp this summer is to grow closer to God and to share that love and faith with the campers that you come in contact with. You will be serving in a ministry setting and serving should be your desire during the time you spend here. What is expected of you is that you assist the counsellors, yet work together with them as a team. Get to know you counsellor as well as your campers. You are also responsible to the counsellors but if you have any problems or concerns they can be brought directly to the CIT Director. You will be asked to dedicate your week to giving the campers a super camp experience. They are your main priority and the only way you'll be able to keep that focus is to stay close to God.
