Maintenance Director Job Description

Three-Four month position
Responsible to the Executive Director

Grounds
Manage, supervise and maintain the camp area. This includes painting buildings, renovations (in discussion with executive director), landscaping work, and maintaining the appearence of the camp.

Cleaning
Make sure bathrooms are stocked (paper towels/toilet paper/soap/cleaning supplies)
Inspect bathrooms during the day for cleanliness (cleaned in morning by campers and may need some cleaning throughout the day).
Maintain cleanliness of Quonset and supervise any junior staff assigned.
Report any needed supplies to Director by Friday.
