
Operations Manager
We are looking for someone to join our Year-Round Team!
The Operations Manager is the backbone of our office, helping our teams stay organized and connected. This person will be dependable, relational, and able to bring clarity to a fast-moving ministry environment. The day begins with worship and prayer, then moves into a wide variety of responsibilities including bookkeeping, camp registrations, staff conversations, building online systems, using Shopify and QuickBooks Online, social media, and improving overall office operations. This role also helps explore new ideas and revenue opportunities while supporting the daily life of the ministry.
The Operations Manager works closely with a team that genuinely cares for one another and steps in wherever needed, while also playing an important role within both the Summer Camp and Corn Maze teams. A strong operations foundation allows all the ministries to thrive!
The start date is flexible, between July 1 and September 1, 2026.
